What is Methodology? (University of Witwatersrand, 2019)

• Research methodology is the specific procedures or techniques used to identify, select, process, and analyze information about a topic.

• The methodology section answers two main questions: How was the data collected or generated? How was it analyzed? 

What's  inside methodology?

• Design- Detailed description why Quali / quanti , experimental or survey, etc.

• Sampling - How you get the respondents

• Data - types, sources, and measurement scale take from data collection

• Collection - Detailed processes and methods

• Presentation- how data are presented

• Data analysis- systematically applying statistical and / or logical techniques to describe and illustrate, condense and recap, and evaluate data.
